How to benchmark WP_Query with Query Monitor on 50,000+ posts
Sharing my exact benchmark numbers when setting no_found_rows => true versus default queries. Page execution time dropped from 480ms to 92ms on cold cache!

Brilliant benchmark Aoun. In addition, you can wrap the post IDs array in wp_cache_get for additional micro-second gains.
